CTC :- 5.5 to 7.5 Lakhs depends on relevant experience and expertise to handle propose job profile
Shift Timings :- G shift 8:30 to 5:30 PM
Work location Address :- Kalwe Navi Mumbai
1. Import clearance of samples & commercial shipments for three sites (Kalwe/Onco/Bhiwandi)
2. Payment of custom duties coordination with CHA and Finance team to process online payment on Ice gate DGFT portal.
3. Import DSR(Daily Shipment Report) monitoring and execution to clear as per committed KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
4. MIS -Duty gathering monthly/quarterly/half year statement plant wise (Customs Duty paid statement)
5. Freight forwarder (Export) ,Import CHA Bills & Transporters Bills receipts and its GRN process after confirmation of rate verification as per agreement and respective rate card guidance.
6. Updating of EOU IGCR product list, Preparation of Addendum for kalwe & Onco for LUT , Green card renewal,
7 Online submission of QPR and APR in SEEPZ Rise portal
7. Billing activities of Kalwe & East Campus export shipment from FF /transport MIS updating to arrive per pack freight as per product and country wise with Mode of shipment.
(invoice verification, GRN, follow up with P2P for payment)
8. Export freight management on SAP
9. Monthly OL preparation and reconciliation of billing & GRN process
10. A2S report posting & reporting
11 Online COO application for China + MDT shipment (Application/submission)
12. Ex-bond shipment, document preparation & clearance/Approval on
ICEGATE/approval. ICEGATE system operation for day-to-day operation for EOU and NON EOU
13. IEC renewal
14. IGCR online renewal of Kalwe and ONCO
15. ICEGATE/DGFT profile management
16. RCMC renewal (Pharmexcil/ SEZ unit)
17. Submission of Seepz Narcotics returns whenever required
18. Online GSP application for Thailand + Korea shipment
(Application/submission/payment/physical collection)
19.Advance license processing and redemption process
