Senior Export Executive

JOB TITLE - Senior Executive (EXPORT LOGISTICS)

REPORT TO - LEAD - API LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN

- Delivery of Sun Pharma API Products, Working Standards, Impurities, Excipients,

Machinery spares etc from Plant till overseas destinations from various

airports/ports in India as per Inco Terms.

- To do end to end coordination starting with

-

• Marketing /Business finance - Receipt of Original L/Cs through Banks,

orders from customers, Advance payments, follow up for release of credit

Limits and Overdue checks.

• Manufacturing Locations - Coordination for stocks, execution of export

orders Prioritization of deliveries /dispatches, coordination

• Trade Finance - Clean Negotiation of Post Shipment documents
• Incentive Cell – for selection of export scheme.

- Interacting with API Marketing Managers for availability of Orders in system and

following up for Advance Payment, Credit Limit release, Transaction Sheet

clearance etc.

- Preparation and sharing of Pre-shipment documents with customers and taking

approval before execution of shipments.

- Use of Correct Export stream like DBK, Advance Authorization etc to get timely

incentives

- Number of invoices generated annually including free samples- 450 approx.,

- Co-ordination with External agencies like Freight Forwarders, CHAs, Transporters

and govt. agencies like EIA.

- Extensive use of SAP Hana, Applexus, Go-comet, DGFT Portal for COOs. All

documents are generated in SAP-HANA and Applexus.

- Ensuring 100% compliance of the SOP on handling Narcotics Goods

- Tracking of all Air & Sea shipments and sending notices of arrival to customers

- Preparation of Post Shipment documentation and ensuring 100 % accuracy in LC

documents for clean negotiation with the bank.

- To initiate any customer complaint regarding excursion, damage or other issues

by providing real time location and circumstances to compliment investigation

process and processing for Insurance claim.

- Handling of DGR samples/Cold Chain shipments with all the requirement

formalities

- Cool chain Management - To ensure that the shipments delivered in cool chain for

all cool chain sensitive products using latest available solutions like Cool

Box/RAP/RKN.
