Role Overview: As an Export Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements. You will work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any documentation issues. Effective communication with internal departments such as sales, finance, and logistics will be essential for seamless coordination. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and documentation and providing support for audits and investigations related to export shipments will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin - Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements - Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers - Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any documentation issues - Communicate effectively with internal departments such as sales, finance, and logistics for smooth coordination - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation - Provide support for audits and investigations related to export shipments Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in export documentation or related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation purposes - Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs requirements is a plus Company Details: The company offers the following benefits: - Provident Fund - Yearly bonus Note: This job is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
