Job Title: Export Customer Care Executive Location: Delhi Department: Export Operations / Customer Service Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Education Qualification: Diploma from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) or equivalent Reporting To: Export Manager / Head of Department Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic export team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from IIFT with at least 5 years of experience in export customer service. This role demands excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of international trade processes, and a strong ability to manage client relationships efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding export inquiries, order status, shipping updates, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, documentation, finance, and production) to ensure smooth export operations. Handle end-to-end export order processing and post-shipment customer service. Ensure all documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, etc.) is prepared and dispatched accurately and on time. Resolve client complaints and queries professionally and promptly. Maintain and strengthen relationships with overseas customers to ensure long-term business association. Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to clients. Provide periodic reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and export performance metrics. Key Requirements: Postgraduate/Diploma in International Business/Trade from IIFT is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in export customer care or international client servicing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC handling , and logistics coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/export management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and customer-centric mindset. Preferred Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience dealing with clients from multiple geographies. Fluent in English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.
