To support the export team in converting international leads and queries into final sales by using the data provided, market intelligence, and social media channels. The role involves managing customer communication, preparing documentation, and coordinating with different departments for smooth execution of export sales / orders.
Assist the export team in handling leads and inquiries received through data sources, market research, and social media platforms
To screen and identify the prospects from the queries received
To identify and generate lead with the help of data provided and various other social media network.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, chemical export regulations, and documentation requirements.
To attend customer query - digitally and telephonically
Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion into confirmed sales
Coordinate with different departments to support timely order execution
Maintain regular communication with international clients for updates, queries,and support
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
