Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage international sales opportunities for export and import markets.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and contracts for international clients.
  • Handle documentation related to export-import operations (LC, shipping, customs clearance, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth shipments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.
