Job Title: Expert UI/UX Designer (8513) Location: Bangalore-Remote Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Expert UX/UI Designer to lead and enhance the user experience of our Web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs, designing intuitive user interfaces, and optimizing the overall user experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, design technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation within our engineering team. You will play a critical role in shaping the UI/UX strategy, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in front-end development. The candidate should have excellent ability to communicate. Responsibilities Participate as a technical member of an Agile team in Veradigm. Lead the design and implementation of modern, user-centric UI components. Define and drive UX/UI best practices, ensuring high usability and accessibility. Conduct user and feasibility research to assess needs, usability, and technical viability. Analyze feedback and recommend improvements. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that align with the industry’s best practices and usability standards Proficiency in creating wireframes and design prototypes for use cases. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that UI and UX designs are implemented appropriately and match design files and intended functionality. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Perform system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that developed solutions meet functional and technical requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate business needs into intuitive, technical solutions. Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and infrastructure. Design system architectures and workflows to meet business requirements. Provide comprehensive design documentation and guidance to support stakeholders. Assist in resolving UX-related technical issues during and after implementation. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative technical solutions. Requirements 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline from reputed universities. Design Thinking capability to identify the most pressing needs of users Strong understanding of design principles, usability standards, and best practices Expert in responsive design and accessibility (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG). Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices. Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. Ability to optimize performance and enhance scalability in large applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills - PLUS Experience working in the healthcare or financial industry or with other complex systems is highly valued Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. Practical knowledge of AI design tools Understanding of UX research methodologies and A/B testing. SQL Queries Knowledge on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
