Experienced MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with up to 3 years of experience to join our passionate team and help drive our projects to success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Create and maintain APIs for seamless data flow and integration with back-end services.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard user data.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply best practices in development.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with up to 4 years of hands-on development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+.
• Solid experience with React.js and Redux for building modern, responsive web applications.
• Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for creating polished user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
