Job Title: Project Manager – Technical (Next.js / Node.js / AWS/GCP) Experience: 4+ Years Location: Surat, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Manager with strong experience in Next.js , Node.js , and cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The ideal candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating closely with technical teams and clients to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and DevOps. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Provide technical direction and guidance, especially in Next.js, Node.js, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP). Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports. Work closely with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) are followed and improved over time. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in project management and technical roles. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Next.js , Node.js , and RESTful APIs. Proficiency with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and cloud architecture. Proven ability to manage teams and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM). Experience in client-facing roles and handling international stakeholders.
