We are currently seeking an experienced International BPO Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the BPO industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Meet and exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, customer
satisfaction, and quality scores
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BPO industry
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of call center tools and processes
Fluency in English
