Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Experience Designer to join our team. This role involves conceptualizing event ideas, curating immersive experiences, and translating concepts into compelling visual narratives through Canva, presentation pitch decks, and other design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and design event concepts, themes, and experiences that align with client requirements and brand identity.
• Create high-quality pitch decks, presentations, and visual storyboards to communicate event ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Creative, Client Success) to bring ideas to life from concept to execution.
• Design event collaterals, mood boards, and proposals using Canva and other design platforms.
• Research trends in experiential marketing, events, and design to ensure fresh and innovative ideas.
• Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in experience design, events, marketing, or creative strategy.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging event formats.
• Hands-on expertise with Canva and strong skills in designing visual decks and presentations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to client feedback.
• A portfolio of previous event concepts, decks, or creative work is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have

• Background in Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or Event Management.
• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPoint.
• Passion for events, storytelling, and designing memorable experiences.
