Experience Curator/Designer (Events)

As an Experience Designer at Enout, you will play a crucial role in creating unique and engaging event experiences that resonate with clients and leave a lasting impact. Your creative vision and attention to detail will be instrumental in bringing event concepts to life through compelling visual narratives. Here's what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Ideate and design event concepts, themes, and experiences that are tailored to meet client requirements and reflect brand identity. - Develop high-quality pitch decks, presentations, and visual storyboards to effectively communicate event ideas and proposals. - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Ops, Creative, and Client Success to ensure seamless execution of ideas. - Utilize Canva and other design platforms to create event collaterals, mood boards, and proposals that captivate and inspire. - Stay updated on trends in experiential marketing, events, and design to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into your work. - Present your concepts to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity, enthusiasm, and impact. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in experience design, events, marketing, or creative strategy. - Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging event formats. - Proficiency in Canva and a proven track record of designing visually appealing decks and presentations. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to effectively convey ideas and concepts. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt swiftly to client feedback. - A portfolio showcasing previous event concepts, decks, or creative work will be highly advantageous. Nice-to-Have: - Educational background in Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or Event Management. - Familiarity with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPoint. - Passion for events, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences.
