Job Description

EXIM

Manage and execute all ImportExport documentation including Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, COO, HS Codes, and Shipping Instructions.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, EXIM policies, SEZ/FTWZ norms.
Track shipments end-to-end, handle freight bookings, and resolve issues.
Prepare and file Bill of Entry (BOE), duty calculations, and exemption documentation.
Maintain EXIM MIS reports and shipment trackers.
Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Finance teams.
Handle import/export of high-value UAV components and electronics.
Ensure adherence to export control laws and defence compliance.
Support transition of EXIM operations from Mumbai to Hyderabad.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ImportExport procedures and customs regulations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Zoho).
Strong logistics coordination and documentation accuracy.
Ability to manage urgent shipments.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
