Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Sr. Executive - Sourcing (EU/USA) located in Ahmedabad. The role involves sourcing APIs, bulk drugs, Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs), and Comparator drugs from suppliers based in EU and USA. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing supplier relationships. The Executive/Sr. Executive will collaborate closely with the Pharmaceutical R&D team to meet clinical trial requirements and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing APIs, bulk drugs, and pharmaceuticals
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for pharmaceuticals
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global team
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D and clinical trials is preferred
