Job Title Sr.Executive/AM – Accounts Company Profile: NewLife Medicals offers solutions that help pharmaceutical, CROs, nutraceutical, and biotechnology companies to accelerate business growth through clinical development, manufacturing, drug development and commercialization process. Our operations are spanning in more than 42 countries across the globe. We are supporting Sponsors, Research & Development centers, and Clinical Research Organization’s to build their drug development capabilities, by supplying the comparator drugs or RLDs from global markets. Job Overview: As the AM – Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in executing robust Accounting processes. Job Description: Accounts Receivable: Weekly circulation of Collection Plan with follow-ups and actions taken to ensure timely collection. Achieve timely collection targets and reduce customer outstanding balances. Accounts Payable: Ensure no advance payment to suppliers unless customer advance is collected. Timely payment as per due dates to all vendors, including suppliers and service providers. Timely clearance of Goods Receipt Purchase Order (GRPO) for USA Inc and Biopharma. Banking Operations: Daily circulation of Bank Summary report to monitor bank transactions. Timely entry of all bank transactions into the system. Clearance of Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) transactions as per regulatory requirements. MIS & Documentation: Maintain Net Working Capital with backup working through accounts receivable and accounts payable reports. Proper record-keeping in box files of all invoices, claims, vouchers, and other financial documents.
