Position Title: Executive/Sr Executive- Service Engineer (JID000044)

Division: IVF

Reporting To: Sr. Manager – Service

Primary Role: The incumbent will manage and service IVF equipment, meeting service and spare parts targets by building and maintaining relationships with embryologists and clinicians. The candidate will be working closely with the sales team, travelling extensively within the territory and handling customer inquiries and reporting in CRM and SAP.

Job Description:

• Experience in handling research equipment like IVF equipment.
• Proven experience in achieving Service and Spare parts targets within an assigned territory.
• Must have technical and product knowledge of micromanipulators, incubators, laminar flow systems and microscopes.
• Should have an in-depth understanding of IVF Equipment, including product features and servicing requirements.
• Ability to manage customer interactions and maintain strong relationships with embryologists and clinicians in IVF Labs.
• Experience in using CRM and SAP for product and customer-related information.
• Skilled in report creation and daily activity reporting to the reporting manager.
• Capable of working closely with the sales team.

Job Specification:

• Technical Support and to achieve the assigned service target.
• Having good exposure to medical instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Depth understanding of IVF equipment and consumables markets.
• A willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Positive attitude with good team player skills.

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Biomedical Engineering

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Additional Skills (If Any):

• Preferably from companies working for IVF Products.
• Knowledge of micromanipulators, incubators, laminar flow, and microscopes.
• Good communication skills.
