Position Title: Asst. Manager Sales – Key Account Management

Base Location: Patna

Primary Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Asst. Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting a wide range of scientific, diagnostic, research, and medical equipment. This includes providing expert guidance and support to healthcare providers, research institutions, laboratories, and other key sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of medical and scientific products, as well as the ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships with customers.

Job Description:

• Responsible for sales and collection targets in his/her territory.
• Regular customer visits.
• Creating New customers / establishing new business.
• Monitoring sales prospectus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Self-motivated.
• Good Negotiation skills.
• On-time reports and competitors’ activity.

Job Specification:

• Should have knowledge to handle Sales in Diagnostic Labs, Corporate Hospitals, and Govt.
• Tenders and Research Institutes.
• Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel.
• Self-starter with minimal guidelines needed to perform the task.
• Good Communication and able to express and set the right expectations with customers.
• Candidates with high integrity will be preferred.

Qualification:

• Science graduate ( BSc/MSc)

Experience:

• 4 – 6 Yrs
