Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Retail & Project Sales of Glass Films/ Sun Control Films at Cosmo Sunshield. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating awareness of the product among the end consumers through the implementation of marketing initiatives. - Developing a network of channel partners in the market to ensure speedy service to consumers. - Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and market storming activities. - On-boarding and training installers and tracking their performance month-on-month. - Participating in company sponsored exhibitions, road shows, and other on-ground marketing activities. - Ensuring brand visibility in stores selling company products. - Meeting budgeted targets for product placement and sales in the region. - Developing long-term relationships with distributors and sub-dealers. - Working with influencers such as interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to gain their acceptance of the product. - Resolving problems and concerns of external stakeholders. - Conducting competitor and market analysis within the industry to drive market development, new products, competitive activity, and new customers. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
