1.Design & develop training materials such as manuals, content, videos etc.
3.Handling of Learning Module System in SF/Darwin Box etc.
4.Developing assessment tools and conducting Pre & Post training assessments.
5.Evaluate the effectiveness of training for ROI / preparation of impact analysis.
6.Coordination with vendors and inter departments.
7.Preparation of MIS reports /Dash Boards and PPT on L&D.
1.SF / SAP / Darwin Box or any other Familiar LMS Tools.
2.Advance Excel / Power Bi / Tableau.
3.Good Analytical Skills.
Experienced L&D professional skilled in training content development, LMS management (SF, SAP, Darwin box), training assessments, ROI analysis, MIS reporting, and data visualization using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
