ABOUT THE ROLE

The Internal Communications and Branding (ICB) team is the internal voice of IBS Software, managing a vibrant content ecosystem that informs, connects, inspires, and unites our 5000+ employees across the globe.

Internal Communications & Branding (ICB)

This role will support our leads for Publications, Media & Events, and Experiences, and contribute to high-quality execution across multiple channels, from internal newsletters and social media to leadership messages, events, and brand campaigns.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Help shape how IBS Software communicates, celebrates, and connects with its people through storytelling, campaigns, and creative engagement.

  1. Content & Communication

  • Write, design, and edit compelling stories that reflect our people, culture, and achievements.
  • Partner with teams across IBS Software to bring business, innovation, and human-interest stories to life.
  • Create and manage social media-style content for our internal platforms, driving participation and conversations.
  1. Creative & Design Support

  • Create high-quality designs for mailers, newsletters, event collaterals, and digital content using Canva or equivalent tools.
  • Support content layout and formatting for digital publications and internal portals.
  1. Digital & Analytics

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics for newsletters, social posts, and events; prepare performance dashboards.
  • Use insights to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Experiment with new tools and AI-based solutions for smarter, faster content creation.


4 .Collaboration & Support

  • Work with the Publications lead for the timely rollout of the daily newsletter, monthly magazine, and other campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other support functions for seamless execution.
  • Partner with Media & Events and Experiences leads for cross-functional initiatives.


JOB HOLDER PROFILE

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in internal communications, PR, media, advertising, or digital storytelling.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for business communication.
  • Strong sense of design and an eye for detail; proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
  • Comfort with video editing and basic familiarity with AI or prompt-based content creation.
  • A self-driven, collaborative mindset with the ability to take ideas from concept to completion.
