Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor bioreactors, fermenters, and other processing equipment.
Manage upstream processes, including fermentation, bioreactor operation, cell culture, and media preparation.
Perform downstream processes, such as filtration, centrifugation, and chromatography.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bioprocess operations as they arise.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control and Engineering.
Assist with routine equipment maintenance and calibration tasks.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
Support process optimization initiatives aimed at improving yields and operational efficiency.
Report on production activities and recommend improvements where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with bioprocessing operations is essential.
Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and their practical application.
Basic troubleshooting skills for bioprocessing and production equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments.
