Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale web applications using Java, SpringBoot, AWS, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop technical specifications, gather functional requirements, and plan projects and tests.
Mentor junior engineers and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems.
Resolve defects and bugs during testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches.
Contribute to the design and architecture of the project.

Job Requirements

Strong experience with Java, SpringBoot, AWS, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
Solid communication skills to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of software design/architecture process.
Experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD).
Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI is a plus.
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
