Location:

What we are looking for:

Tracking Executive- Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities:

l Lead and execute tracking related operations which will be including- day to day shipments tracking, POD collections, GRN monitoring and RTOs.
l Co-ordination with vendors and platforms (clients), for timely deliveries and pick-ups.
l Tracking and improving key supply chain metrics (incluidng- OTIFs)
l Develop and implement tracking reports which will benefit the operations and the organization on a whole.
l Manage supply chain KPIs — OTIF, TAT, expiry POs, late dispatch and deliveries and shipment mismatches.
l Drive process improvements through automation, ERP utilization and best SCM practices.
l Ensure timely coordination for logistics operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

3-4 years in logistics/supply chain (FMCG, food, or e-commerce preferred).
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering/Commerce; MBA/PGDM in Operations is a plus.
Strong command of WMS/TMS and marketplace panels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart) and courier aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Nimbus, Pickrr).
Proficient in Excel/Sheets (pivot, lookups), basic SQL preferred; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Knowledge of FSSAI norms, FEFO and HAZMAT basics.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and leadership of on-ground teams.
