Job Description

The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely verification & processing of payments, vendor reconciliations, compliance filings, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and process expenses related to Production, QA, SPR & Parent Seed departments.
Handle cash book authorization and verification across plants.
Ensure timely processing of production office expenses and payments.
Prepare and file returns (TDS) and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
Manage account confirmation and reconciliation of vendors.
Prepare valuation reports for packing material and other financial statements.
Provide timely and accurate reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (TDS/GST). Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software. Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and reconciliation.

Education Qualification

Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India - Intermediate Course
Chartered Accountant - Intermediate Course
Bachelor of Commerce
