Job Description

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager (RM) at TresVista, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth. Reporting directly to the Client Growth Team (CGT) Leader, you will provide strategic oversight, manage client interactions, and offer deep domain expertise on deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture positive client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. - Provide strategic oversight into deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations. - Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. - Promptly and effectively address and resolve client issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. - Solicit feedback from clients and incorporate it into client-specific training manuals and processes for service quality improvement. - Provide directions to the various TresVista delivery teams assigned to the client to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives. - Lead or join special commercial projects, provide training, and contribute insights to specific initiatives. - Provide guidance and coaching to other team members, including Junior RMs, Senior Sales Development Associates (SSDAs), and Sales Development Associates (SDAs). Qualifications Required: - Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. - Ideally have 8-15 years of experience in managing global accounts, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industry. - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is required, while an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. *Note: The compensation structure for this role will be as per industry standards.*,
