Executive - Travel Agent Onboarding & Training

About the RoleWe are setting up a new team to handhold, onboard, and train travel agents who will be brought in by our Business Development (BD) team. Your mission is to ensure these agents understand our platform, processes, and products, and can start selling quickly. You will run our "Take-Off Program" – an intensive first-month handholding & training journey where you guide agents step-by-step through their first bookings, answer queries, and make sure they are fully confident and ready to operate independently on the TripXL system. Key Responsibilities:· Call and connect with newly onboarded travel agents.· Conduct “Take-Off Program” (OJT-style) training for the first 30 days of the agent’s journey.· Train agents (online/offline) on TripXL processes, CRM usage, and booking flow.· Assist agents in their first few bookings and resolve basic queries.· Clearly explain how to use our system and follow our procedures.· Introduce agents to our products, offers, and sales tips.· Keep records of all onboarding and training in the CRM.· Work with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements:

• Good Hindi & English communication skills (must-have).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• BPO / Customer Service OR Training in academies/institutes OR B2B partner onboarding/support.
• Strong ability to explain processes clearly.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Basic sales understanding and interest in partner success.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
