Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Travel Agent Onboarding & Training located in Siliguri. The responsibilities of this role include onboarding travel agents, providing training to new recruits, and ensuring travel agents are well-equipped to handle their tasks. The Executive will coordinate travel arrangements, manage reservations, assist in car rental services, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining sales targets and ensuring travel agents adhere to organizational guidelines and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental services
• Ability to meet and manage Sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in training and onboarding new recruits
• Ability to work on-site in Siliguri
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field
