Role Description

Entire gamut oftransfer pricing Advisory, Compliance and Litigation

a) Financial Analysis Interpretation

Accurately interpret financial reports and apply core financial ratios to support benchmarking and economic analysis in Transfer Pricing assignments, ensuring data-driven conclusions.

b) Documentation, Advisory Compliance Support

Assist in accurately capturing the functional analysis and benchmarking analysis

Assist in compiling robust Transfer Pricing documentation and contribute to the accurate issuance of CA Certificate (Form 3CEB), ensuring timely and compliant client deliverables.

c) TP Policies

Assist actively in developing and implementing transfer pricing policies tailored to client operations, reduced transfer pricing risks, and alignment with OECD and Indian / global TP regulations.

d) Technical Support in Assessments

Assist in end-to-end execution of transfer pricing audits, identify risk areas and providing recommendations in reducing potential audit exposures through thorough review of data / preparation including but not limited to functional analysis, risk assessment, and defensible benchmarking studies.

Provide support in managing Transfer Pricing assessments by performing in-depth legal research including case law research and drafting technically strong submissions, helping achieve favourable outcomes.

Under guidance and supervision of seniors, represent clients effectively in TP assessments.

e) Coordination and Liaisoning

Facilitate effective coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of TP engagements and strengthen cross-functional collaboration within the practice.

f) Proficiency in Business Tools

Demonstrate working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint including external databases such as Prowess, TP Catalyst, Loan Connector and RoyaltyStat to prepare and present analytical work, client documentation, and internal reporting with accuracy and clarity.

Timely response to client and internal stakeholders and meeting the timelines

Ensure timely response on emails, calls or otherwise to the respective internal stakeholders or clients and ensure that the delivery timelines are met. Ensure that all the relevant calendar invites are sent to the relevant stakeholders. Ensure capturing notes during meetings and discussions and share with the larger team.
