|Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
Oversee attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours worked.
Handle payroll processing for contract laborers and employees alike.
Develop strategies to improve employee engagement through effective communication channels.
Resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in HRBP role with expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management (Recruitment-Separation).
MBA | MHRM | MSW | MHRD | MLW degree from a reputed institution with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations.
Excellent skills in handling employee queries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws related to Contract Labour Management.
