|Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
  • Oversee attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours worked.
  • Handle payroll processing for contract laborers and employees alike.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee engagement through effective communication channels.
  • Resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in HRBP role with expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management (Recruitment-Separation).
  • MBA | MHRM | MSW | MHRD | MLW degree from a reputed institution with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations.
  • Excellent skills in handling employee queries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws related to Contract Labour Management.
