Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting alumni programs and ensuring the smooth operation of the multi-campus Alumni office. Your duties will include managing schedules, maintaining updated records, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, responding to emails and alumni inquiries. Additionally, you will assist in event planning, collaborate with other departments, oversee office supplies and budgets, and ensure team organization. Your efforts will play a vital role in keeping alumni engaged with the university. Key Responsibilities: - Manage schedules and maintain records - Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements - Respond to emails and alumni phone calls - Assist in event planning and collaborate with other departments - Oversee office supplies and budgets - Ensure team organization Qualifications: - UG degree - No experience required, but 3+ years of prior work at an administrator level preferred - Excellent verbal and written English skills - Proficient in verbal Malayalam; familiarity with Tamil is desirable but not necessary - Strong organizational skills - Good knowledge of MS Office - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively For further information, please contact amritaalumnihq@amrita.edu.
