Job Description

You will be working as an Executive - Talent Acquisition in the Malabar Gold & Diamonds business vertical. Your primary responsibility will be recruitment, where you will collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to implement recruiting plans throughout the life cycle. You will utilize both passive and active recruitment techniques, sourcing candidates from various channels to build a robust talent pipeline for crucial positions. Understanding the organization's manpower needs, you will post job vacancies on internal and external job portals. It will be your duty to ensure that all recruitment-related documentation, such as CVs and offer letters, adheres to the established standards for selecting the most suitable candidates for the respective roles. You will screen and evaluate both external and internal applicants to match their qualifications with the job requirements. Your role will involve conducting recruitment activities like preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process to meet the business requirements. Providing timely feedback to candidates after interviews and overseeing the background verification process for new hires will also be part of your responsibilities. You will issue offer/rejection letters, assist in negotiations with candidates, and act as a liaison between the business and candidates to ensure successful recruitment. Collaboration with other Functional Heads and the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to optimize talent acquisition processes and fill vacant positions both internally and externally will be essential. You will update the Recruitment Management Information System (MIS) in a timely manner and generate well-documented recruiting reports for the team. Staying informed about the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices will enable you to suggest improvements to the existing recruitment strategies. Maintaining professional relationships with local, regional, and international recruitment agencies will be crucial to attract and select top-tier professionals. Internally, you must ensure that all activities strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures within your section. Additionally, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports within specified timelines will be part of your routine tasks. Your educational qualification should be an MBA, and the ideal candidate for this role is expected to be below 35 years old with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is in line with industry standards in India. This role is based in Mumbai Andheri, Maharashtra, India, within the Human Resource functional area.,
