Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Location: Bangalore Industry: ISDC Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: 5 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement to join our team at ISDC. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, a strategic mindset, and a people-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the education sector. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a talent pipeline. Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source candidates. Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding processes. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement programs to enhance employee experience and retention. Organize cultural events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve engagement strategies. Collaborate with HR to drive internal communication and employer branding. Support learning & development initiatives and employee recognition programs.
