Executive / Sr. Executive – Polyurethane Coating (Production)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive to lead the polyurethane coating process for our HMPE rope production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in painting and coatings, with a background in chemistry or chemical engineering, and hands-on experience in the textiles, automotive dyeing, or industrial coating sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily operations of the Polyurethane Coating process for HMPE rope production.

· Monitor and ensure coating quality in line with product specifications and standards.

· Operate, supervise, and perform minor troubleshooting of coating machinery.

· Collaborate with the Quality and Production teams for in-process checks and continuous improvements.

· Maintain accurate records of production batches, coating parameters, and operational reports.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during coating activities.

· Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for any production non-conformances related to coating.

· Maintain optimal utilization of raw materials and consumables used in the coating process.

· Support implementation of best practices in process optimization and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.E. or Diploma (Chemical Engineering). • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in textiles, automotive dyeing, painting, or industrial coating industries. • Good working knowledge of coating techniques, painting methods, and basic machine handling.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of industrial coating applications. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general IT systems. • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms (preferred). • Good command over spoken and written English. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude. • Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.

• Certification in painting/coating technologies (optional, preferred).
