Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring overall HR management excellence. Key tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and handling HR administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
