Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of daily tasks and support the team in achieving departmental KPIs.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders/vendors.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for management review.
  • Handle departmental documentation, compliance, and filing processes.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve basic operational issues as needed.
  • Participate in process improvements and departmental initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [Commerce / Business / Engineering / Relevant Field].
  • 15 years of relevant experience (depending on Executive vs. Sr. Executive level).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or internal systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
