Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell
welding consumables
across assigned territories to achieve business objectives.
Identify and engage potential
industrial customers
, ensuring complete market coverage.
Generate leads, conduct
product presentations
, and execute
demonstrations/trials
at customer sites.
Provide
technical support
on product selection, welding parameters, and process optimization.
Maintain and strengthen
relationships with existing customers
through regular visits and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned
sales targets

market share
, and
gross margin
goals.
Collaborate with
distributors, channel partners
, and internal teams to drive business growth.
Monitor
competitor activities
and share
market insights
with management.
Prepare visit reports, update
CRM data
, and assist in
order finalization and commercial negotiations
.
Travel extensively to meet customers and ensure strong field presence.

Required Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Mechanical

Engineering
.
Experience:
1–8 years in
industrial or welding sales
.
Must possess a
two-wheeler
and a
valid driving license
.
Good knowledge of
welding metallurgy
and
consumable applications
.
Proven skills in
industrial sales, negotiation, and relationship management
.
Application-oriented with the ability to
troubleshoot and optimize
welding operations.
Self-motivated
