Job Description

Role & responsibilities Tracking of newbuilding and leasing production and delivery status Port Pair checking on the equipment situation to identify one-way opportunities Create authorization references for leasing, one-way lease and sublease. Broadcast the one way concluded to local office+ release reference Liaise with EMD, one-way vendors and local office for the pick-up and return of the boxes. Create the leasing yards for container off-hire Monitor the off-hire progress one way and sales Monitoring container sale and follow up with local office to close the transaction Generate the sales candidate to local office and monitor the units until they are delivered to buyer Prepare the sales and one way report Prepare container sale & total loss report Liaise with finance for the reconciliation of assets Preparation of container fleet size and monthly on/off-hire reports Any other related tasks assigned by supervisor Preferred candidate profile Tertiary education preferred Preferred experience in container leasing, empty container management, shipping or finance/accounting Chennai Candidates preferred Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
