Job Description

Role Purpose:

To independently manage payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth employee experience while supporting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate employees investment proof documents to accurately compute tax liabilities.
Independently manage and process payroll for multiple entities and locations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit quarterly and annual Salary TDS returns.
Issue Form 16 to employees within statutory timelines.
Manage HR operations, including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
Required Skills
6+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, covering the full employee lifecycle.
Prior experience managing payroll independently across multiple geographies and business entities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HRMS platforms (Zoho preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's degree or MBA) in any relevant discipline is desirable.
