Executive Secretary

Requirements: - Must hold a Master's degree (M.Sc.). Should possess a Bachelor of Education degree (B.Ed.) Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office with the ability to create and deliver presentations effectively. Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to Travel Well versed in organizing events, coordination. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing schedules, meetings, and communications. Coordinate presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external use. Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint as required by the Director. Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, tasks, and deliverables. Maintain professional and courteous communication with internal staff and external stakeholders. Organize and coordinate meetings, including handling logistics, minutes, and follow-ups. Ensure a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to the office of the Director.
