Executive - Sales Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for business planning, execution, monitoring, dealer management, sales pipeline monitoring, sales process implementation, customer relationship management, and ensuring sales excellency. Your main focus will be on driving sales targets, monitoring business processes, managing dealer relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Release sales policies, discount guidelines, and special promotion schemes - Agree on business targets for sales regions and business segments - Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement corrective actions as needed - Evaluate and manage dealer network, release dealer policies, and monitor dealer performance - Monitor sales pipeline, implement sales processes, and share best practices - Conduct market intelligence, track competitors, and ensure sales excellence - Evaluate CRM software, provide training, monitor usage, and generate reports - Track and analyze sales areas, prepare periodic competitor reports Qualification Required: - Education: B.Com or Graduate - Specialized knowledge in Sales Process and CRM - Skills in customer handling and presentation - Abilities in interpersonal skills and analytical thinking - Other characteristics: Self-driven, methodical - Professional Certification in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI - Industry Preference: Engineering (Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.),
