As an Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance store profitability - Greeting and engaging customers to understand their requirements - Escorting customers to counters, introducing products, and influencing buying decisions - Engaging customers through suggestive selling and building their confidence - Conducting remote selling activities as requested to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling to minimize aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction - Cross selling and promoting products to HNI customers - Handling customer queries and complaints effectively - Providing excellent customer service and educating customers on product details - Packing products in front of CCTV camera for online orders - Handling customer returns and old gold with necessary quality checks - Gathering customer feedback for business improvement - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details for database maintenance - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy post-sale You will also be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in schemes - Coordinating customer order placement and stock management - Executing visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring jewellery safety - Generating customer leads and increasing footfall through marketing initiatives - Adhering to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices - Acquiring knowledge in all store sections and seeking self-development opportunities - Preparing sales reports and adhering to timelines for performance appraisals Qualifications Required: - Graduation or HSC - Age below 33 Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India Experience: 4 to 5 years Salary Range: As per industry standard (INR),
