As a Sales and Customer Representative at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance store profit. - Greeting and engaging customers to understand their requirements and influencing their buying decisions. - Conducting remote selling activities as requested to maximize customer reach. - Performing cross selling and cross promotion to HNI customers. - Handling customer queries and complaints with the right solutions. - Providing excellent customer service and educating customers on product details. - Ensuring security protocol by packing products in front of CCTV camera for online orders. - Receiving customer returns and old gold, performing necessary quality checks. - Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with the Manager for business improvement. - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details after purchase for an accurate customer database. - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy after the sale. You will also be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in schemes. - Coordinating customer order placement to ensure on-time delivery. - Counting and tallying stock daily, transferring stock to the locker, and reporting sold stock for inventory maintenance. - Executing visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring safety of displayed jewelry, and promptly communicating any incidents to superiors. - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and supporting in-store events and product exhibitions. - Building awareness of competitors" products, updating product knowledge, and informing superiors about market trends. - Adhering to grooming standards, professionalism, and SOPs in the store. - Preparing sales reports and submitting them to Senior Management. - Acquiring knowledge in all store sections and actively seeking self-development opportunities. - Ensuring completion of training programs and certifications.
