As an Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and executing company strategies to enhance store profit - Greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner, understanding their requirements, and guiding them to products - Engaging customers through suggestive selling and remote selling activities when required - Conducting priority selling for aged stock, cross-selling to HNI customers, and handling customer queries and complaints effectively - Providing excellent customer service, educating customers on product details, and maintaining security protocols for online orders - Handling customer returns and old gold, collecting feedback, and ensuring accurate customer details entry - Informing customers about special offers, assisting in scheme enrollment, and managing customer orders - Counting and tallying stock, transferring ornaments to the locker, reporting sold stock, and maintaining inventory - Executing visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring safety of displayed jewellery, and generating customer leads - Supporting in-store events and exhibitions, staying updated on market trends, and assisting in BTL marketing - Adhering to grooming standards, following SOPs, preparing sales reports, and exhibiting professionalism - Acquiring knowledge in various store sections, seeking self-development opportunities, and identifying training needs Your role will be in the Retail Sales functional area, based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. The educational qualifications required are Graduation and HSC, with an age limit below 33 years and 4 to 5 years of experience. The salary range will be as per industry standards.,
