Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative located in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and presenting tailored automation solutions to clients. The candidate will create sales strategies, meet and exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular communication with the engineering team and staying updated on product offerings and industry trends are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship-building, and effective negotiation
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to present automation solutions to diverse clients
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems, SPM machines, PLC control panels, and conveyor assembly lines
• Understanding of the manufacturing and industrial automation sectors, including pneumatic components
• Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies, with a goal-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in sales roles within the industrial or automation industry is a strong advantage
