Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative, located in Gurugram. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and converting leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance on real estate transactions. The role also involves market research, client follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills including lead management, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic technical skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Should be willing to visit the field.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
