Job Description

As the Client Engagement Relationship Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including fintech partners, banks, NBFCs, and large aggregators. By understanding the unique business needs of our clients, you will be tasked with offering value-added solutions using Evolutes products. In addition to client engagement, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Collaborating with internal teams, you will develop account strategies and go-to-market plans to maximize business development efforts. You will also focus on upselling and cross-selling Evolutes" portfolio, which includes biometric POS, micro-ATM, AEPS devices, and digital KYC solutions. Your role will involve preparing compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies to effectively negotiate terms of engagement, contracts, and commercial agreements with key clients. By exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, you will contribute to the overall growth of the business. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and client demands is essential. Your insights will be valuable in providing market feedback to our product and R&D teams to influence the product roadmap. Additionally, you will support business expansion in underserved markets and verticals, such as rural banking and financial inclusion.
