Executive - Purchase

As a Procurement Specialist in the Real Estate Industry, your key responsibilities will include: - Scrutinizing PR (Purchase Requisitions), floating inquiries on mails, and obtaining quotations from suppliers. - Preparing comparisons and submitting them to the HOD for suggestions and approval. - Identifying and screening new suppliers, negotiating with them for quality, cost, and deliveries, and preparing purchase orders. - Following up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials. - Updating the PO tracker, scanning, couriering, and maintaining records. - Ensuring timely material procurement and resolving queries related to purchase orders. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences: - 3 years of experience in Procurement roles within the Real Estate Industry. - Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently. - Proficiency in time management and materials management. - Experience in vendor development. You should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in any specialization, or possess equivalent qualifications.,
