Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify market trends
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
• Experience in Recruiting property partners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Proficiency in property management , Property Data Collection, Broker Coordination and tools is a plus.
