Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Client Servicing in Navi Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs. Daily tasks include managing client communication, resolving service issues, and On-boarding New Client, Agreement renewals & engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Preferred from Co-working industry Mandatory
