Programmatic Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms like

    DV360, DSP

    etc.
  • Execute media plans and ensure timely delivery of campaigns against defined KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations to internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking and audience strategies using MMPs/analytics platforms.
  • Support senior team members in managing client relationships and day-to-day queries.
  • Collaborate with account management, planning, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on programmatic trends, ad tech developments, and new features across DV360 and DSPs.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Knowledge of Media Planning and Programmatic deals is a must.


Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Marketing, Advertising, Media, Data Analytics, or related fields

    .
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in programmatic campaign management.
  • Good knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
  • Familiarity with

    MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust),

    Google Ads / Analytics/ reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of

    programmatic deals, audience targeting, and media planning basics

    .
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (exposure to Google Ads / Analytics is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel & PowerPoint

    for reporting and insights.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
